1 General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the crickex platform and all related services. By accessing the crickex website, creating an account, or using any service, you are fully accepting these terms.

crickex reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Regular users are advised to visit this page periodically.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on crickex and participate in any betting or casino activity, the user must be 21 years of age or older. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited. crickex may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Guidelines

• Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
• Any changes to account details must be reported to crickex support as soon as possible.
• If the platform is used from outside Bangladesh, it is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with local laws.
• The account may not be shared with or used by another person without crickex's approval.

2.3 Account Verification

crickex reserves the right to verify any user's identity, age, or payment method when it deems necessary. Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus benefits may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on crickex is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that account verification is complete and all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not complete.

3.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Restrictions

• Using the account for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• crickex may hold funds while investigating suspicious transactions.
• Transactions via cryptocurrency are not accepted.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus is not direct cash — the bonus amount must meet a 15x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• crickex reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If strategic or unusual betting patterns intended to exploit bonuses are detected, crickex may investigate the account.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Programme

crickex's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback benefit is calculated on the net loss for that week: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Tiers are upgraded based on active and regular play.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on crickex are final and irreversible — once confirmed, they cannot be cancelled. Rules applicable to the relevant sport apply when betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, and other sports.

If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical fault, network issue, or any other reason, crickex will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules, and that decision will be considered final.

5.2 Account Security

Keeping your login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, contact crickex support immediately. crickex is not liable for losses arising from negligent handling of account credentials.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing automated bets using betting systems or software.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses as a group.
• Placing bets based on insider or illegal information about match outcomes.
• Using the crickex platform for money laundering.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, crickex may immediately close the account and seize funds.

6 Mobile App and Technology Usage Terms

crickex provides mobile apps for both Android (APK) and iOS platforms. The apps are available through official channels. All provisions of these Terms apply equally to the use of the mobile app.

crickex is not liable for temporary unavailability of the app or website due to technical disruptions, maintenance, or server issues.

7 Limitation of Liability

crickex's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the total amount of the relevant transaction. crickex accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Betting and gaming activities carry a risk of financial loss. Users are advised to participate consciously and within their financial means.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 crickex's Rights

crickex reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason or no reason. This includes (but is not limited to): breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, and concerns related to account security.

8.2 Self-Initiated Account Closure

A user may also voluntarily close their account at any time through crickex support. Any outstanding wagering requirements and eligible balances will be settled before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content published on the crickex website and app — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is the intellectual property of crickex or its licensors. This content may not be used for any purpose without written permission from crickex.

Any activity that creates confusion regarding crickex's trademarks and brand identity is strictly prohibited.

10 Dispute Resolution and Contact

crickex's decisions, unless reconsidered through an appeal, will be considered final. If any provision of the Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
